1.) How do I start my relationship with WJ?

Doing business with us is simple. We’ll just need some basic information about your company in order to get your account set up. CLICK HERE to download our application form and get started. From there, we’ll set you up to start ordering supplies through our online system, with a user name and password for the wjB2B website. And after that, you’re done! You can begin ordering online and take advantage of all that WJ Office has to offer your business…

To start a furniture or machine relationship with WJ, either call us at 828-264-3283, send us an email to wj@wjoffice.com, or click on Contact Us above and request a dedicated furniture or machine expert to contact you in order to guide you through the process.

 

2.) Do you have a retail floor? Can I come shop at your location?

We do not have an office supply retail floor. Our focus is on business to business sales and supplying our clients based on a free/next day delivery policy. However, if we have a product in our warehouse that you need on a same day basis, you are welcome to pick it up via our “will call” area in our warehouse. Please call ahead to verify that we have that item in stock.

We do have a furniture and machine showroom that allows customers to come “test drive” some of the products we carry.

 

3.) Why do some of the janitorial items not come up under Quick Search?

We utilize multiple sources in order to get our customers the best pricing possible. Therefore, some items will not show up under Quick Search because the search engine is tied directly to our main (big book) catalog. Most of the time, this problem can be fixed by simply entering the item number in under Quick Order. Otherwise, our dedicated customer service team can help you source the product you need.

 

4.) How can I see my order history?

You have the ability to see your order history when you log in to your wjB2B ordering site. Go to “My Orders” on the top navigation bar, and then to “Order History.” Here you will find your previous invoices (whether ordered online or not), and even be able to expand any invoice to see what specific items were included. You can also print off the invoice if it is missing from your records.
